The content of Romney care is not the factor that we should be considering; the state of MA had the right to determine for itself this matter. What should be the argument is context. That is, did Romney, as governor, have the right idea in mind when he supported the state legislature in developing a health care system for MA. I say that he did, but that he also recognizes the fact that it is a state's right issue, and we should be focused on context, not content.
